Invitation to Bid - Pole Barn for Street Department
INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Ingalls, Indiana, acting through its Town Council, will receive sealed bids at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, 308 N. Meridian Street, Ingalls, Indiana 46048, until 4:00 p.m. local time on March 20, 2026, for:
Labor and materials necessary to construct and erect a 100’ x 60’ pole barn building at 228 E. Menden Road, Ingalls, Indiana.
Bids will be opened and read aloud at the regular meeting of the Town Council at 6:45 p.m. local time on March 23, 2026, at Ingalls Town Hall, 308 N. Meridian Street, Ingalls, Indiana.

Each bid shall include:
- Completed Contractor’s Bid for Public Work – Form 96 (Indiana State Board of Accounts)
- Non-Collusion Affidavit
- Certified check payable to the Town of Ingalls, Indiana or approved Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid
- Proposed contract form to be executed upon award
The successful bidder will be required to comply with:
- Indiana Code § 22-5-1.7 (Employment Eligibility)
- Indiana Code § 5-16-13 (Public Works Contractor Requirements)
- E-Verify Affidavit requirements
The Town Council of Ingalls, Indiana reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, or to accept the bid deemed most responsive and responsible and in the best interest of the Town.
