2025 Town Festivals

The Town of Ingalls is pleased to announce the dates for our 2025 community festivals, bringing residents and visitors together for two great events celebrating local vendors, entertainment, and family-friendly fun.

Spring Block Party
Date: Saturday, May 10, 2025
Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Downtown Ingalls
This event features food, music, artisan vendors, games, and more as we kick off the spring season in the heart of downtown.

Fall Festival
Date: Saturday, September 27, 2025
Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Interurban Park, Ingalls
Celebrate the arrival of fall with music, handmade crafts, food vendors, and seasonal activities for all ages.

Both events will be held outdoors, rain or shine, and are free to attend.

Vendor Opportunities
The Town is currently accepting vendor applications for both events. Each vendor space is 12’ x 12’. Limited electricity is available. Vendors are responsible for their own setup and equipment.

Single Event Fees:

• $35 (no electricity)
• $40 (with electricity)
• 
  

Both Events (discounted rate):

• $60 (no electricity)
• $70 (with electricity)

Completed applications and payment must be received no later than seven days before each event.
