03
Display Permit
Prior to work beginning on your project, you will need to have your Building Permit displayed in a prominent location on site. Typically, this is a street-facing window on the primary structure.
04
Get Inspections
All permits will require inspections as outlined in the application. You will need to ensure that you are scheduling inspections in a timely manner to avoid reinspection fees and or missed inspection fees. If your project is a new-build residency or business, you will also need to receive a Certificate of Occupancy (CO) upon successful completion of your final inspection.
