THE INGALLS STREET DEPARTMENT
The Town of Ingalls Street Department is a versatile municipal agency responsible for maintaining and caring for various aspects of the town's infrastructure and public spaces. In addition to its primary responsibility of managing the town's roadways and streets, the department also oversees the maintenance of town-owned land and property.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Street Maintenance
The department is dedicated to the care and maintenance of Ingalls' road infrastructure. This includes regular road repair, pothole patching, snow removal, and street cleaning to ensure safe and smooth travel for all.
Parks & Recreational Facilities
In addition to its street-related duties, the Street Department plays a crucial role in the maintenance and upkeep of the town's parks and recreational areas. This includes mowing, landscaping, trash removal, and general facility maintenance to ensure that residents can enjoy these spaces to the fullest.
Town-owned Property
