Jesse Ireton Memorial Park – Build-Operate-Transfer (IC 5-23)
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Ingalls, Indiana will receive Proposals and Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to plan, design, construct, and transfer improvements to Jesse Ireton Memorial Park under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) project delivery method in accordance with IC 5-23.
The project will enhance community recreation facilities and may include new playground features, splash pad, pavilion with shaded seating, walking trail, basketball/pickleball court, lighting, landscaping, and accessibility upgrades. The estimated project budget is $1,500,000.

Submittals must be received by the due date and time to be considered. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities as permitted by law.
